Solutions
State, Local & Education
Networking, endpoints, classroom displays and campus security for states, cities, school districts and universities. E-Rate-eligible equipment is marked on the quote, and purchase orders and P-Cards are accepted.

Procurement built for public budgets and public scrutiny
SLED buyers answer to boards, taxpayers and auditors — every purchase has to be defensible on price and process. Uniqcli quotes through cooperative purchasing agreements you already have access to, with itemized pricing and documentation built for public-record review, not just internal sign-off.
Cooperative contracts, E-Rate, and volume pricing that scales down as well as up
Most districts and municipalities already participate in one or more cooperative purchasing agreements. We provide itemized, open-market quotes and audit-ready documentation your business office can act on under its own purchasing authority — so buys within your small-purchase or P-Card thresholds move on a straightforward PO instead of a full RFP, with a paper trail built for board and public-record review.
For connectivity projects, we structure quotes around E-Rate eligibility from the start — Category Two eligible equipment, line items mapped to the eligible-services categories, and documentation formatted for USAC review — rather than leaving your E-Rate consultant to reverse-engineer an invoice after the fact.
Pricing scales with the relationship. Volume pricing is set on your account by your rep against the program you're buying — tell us the campus or site count and the refresh horizon and it is quoted into the number, rather than left to a separate negotiation each time.

- Open-market POs and quoting against the cooperative or state-term agreements your agency already holds
- E-Rate category one and two eligible networking and connectivity
- Volume pricing that scales across districts, campuses and sites
- Standardized configurations, imaging and staging before delivery
- Itemized, audit-ready quotes for board and public-record review
- GPC / P-Card accepted; no payment up front on quoted orders
What districts and campuses are actually buying
Public programs get specified category by category. These are the buying pages behind the equipment this page quotes, and the district-side reading around them.
SLED purchasing questions
Which cooperative contracts can you quote against?
Tell us which cooperative or state-term agreement your agency holds, and we'll quote the hardware open-market with itemized, audit-ready documentation to support your purchase. If you're not yet enrolled in one, we can point you to the fastest path to get access.
Can you structure a quote for E-Rate funding?
Yes. We build E-Rate quotes around correct category one/two classification and documentation formatted for USAC review, so your consultant isn't reconciling line items after the invoice is cut.
How does pricing work for a multi-campus or multi-site rollout?
Send the full quantity and we price it as one order — a ten-site rollout is quoted differently from a single site. Pricing is set per deal by a rep rather than by an automatic table, so send the requirement and we'll come back with the itemized total.
Do you accept purchase orders and P-Cards?
Both. We accept GPC / P-Card up to your threshold and standard net-terms purchase orders, and we confirm stock and final total before anything is billed.
Not sure which purchasing path fits your buy?
Tell us the cooperative agreement or state-term contract your agency holds — or that you're still deciding — and we'll quote the fastest compliant path for your requirement.
