Uniqcli wants every buyer — including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology — to be able to research products, request quotes, and manage orders on getuniqcli.com. This statement describes what we aim for, what we do, and how to reach us when something does not work.
Our Sites and services are directed to customers in the United States.
Our target
Our conformance target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is a target we build toward, not a certification we hold — no third party has audited or certified the site, and we don't claim full conformance today.
The target covers the whole experience: the public catalog and content pages, and the signed-in buyer portal (quotes, orders, invoices, checkout).
What we do
Build pages with semantic HTML and standard, accessible patterns rather than custom controls where we can.
Treat accessibility as ongoing work: issues found in existing pages get fixed as part of normal development, not deferred to a separate program.
Aim for the site to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technology.
Known limitations
A large part of the catalog — product descriptions, specifications, and images — is supplied by manufacturers and distributors. Some of that supplied content (for example, images without meaningful alternative text, or specification sheets formatted by the vendor) may not yet meet our target. We improve it as we find it, and a report from you helps us find it faster.
Feedback
If a page, form, or portal flow doesn't work with your assistive technology, tell us:
Include the page address and what went wrong, and what browser or assistive technology you were using if you can. We review accessibility reports and use them to prioritize fixes.
