Do you screen equipment for NDAA §889 covered-equipment restrictions?

Yes. Every line can be screened against §889 covered-equipment lists, which matters for carriers with federal customers or USF funding.

Can cell-site kits ship per site rather than all at once?

Yes. We stage and release site kits against your tower-crew or permit schedule, so equipment lands when a crew can actually install it.

Can you source NEBS-rated equipment for central-office builds?

Yes. NEBS is a product-level rating — Telcordia GR-63-CORE covers physical protection such as earthquake, fire and thermal margins, and GR-1089-CORE covers electromagnetic compatibility and electrical safety — and it belongs to the equipment, verified by the manufacturer's test reports. When a central-office or regulated-facility spec calls for NEBS Level 3, we quote the specific SKUs that carry the rating and include the manufacturer's compliance documentation with the quote, so your facilities engineer can verify it before the order is placed.

We purchase against a government contract vehicle — can you support that?

Yes, when the vehicle sits on the buyer's side. Uniqcli is an independent reseller and supports purchases made through vehicles your agency or organization holds or participates in — state term contracts, cooperative purchasing agreements, agency BPAs and similar. Where a requirement must ride a specific buyer-held vehicle, we say plainly what we can and cannot support and route the order the way your contracting office directs. Either way, quotes are formatted to the vehicle's line-item and documentation requirements, screened for TAA-designated-country origin where FAR 52.225-5 applies, with NDAA Section 889 checks where federal funding is involved.

Does the FCC Covered List affect what we can buy?

If you receive Universal Service Fund support or serve federal customers, yes. The Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act directs the FCC to maintain a Covered List of communications equipment deemed a national-security risk, and USF recipients cannot use those funds to purchase or maintain it. We screen quoted equipment against the Covered List alongside NDAA Section 889 and propose non-covered alternatives at comparable port counts and throughput — a sourcing service we perform, not a certification we hold.

Do you supply -48V DC-powered variants for CO and cell-site builds?

We source them. Central offices and most cell sites run on a -48V DC plant rather than AC, and most carrier-class routing, transport and aggregation platforms are offered in DC power-supply variants under separate SKUs. At quote we confirm the DC variant part number, lug and polarity details, and airflow direction — front-to-back versus back-to-front matters in a hot-aisle central-office lineup — so the equipment that arrives matches the power and cooling plan on record.
