UniQ AI

Frontier-class AI deployed entirely inside your own enclave — no data leaves your boundary. Built for CJIS- and NIST-aligned environments: law enforcement, defense, postal and civilian agencies.

UniQ AI

Frontier-class AI. Zero data leaves your building.

Most AI tools are someone else's cloud — every prompt, case file and record transits infrastructure your agency doesn't control and your compliance framework can't easily reach. UniQ AI turns that model inside out: the strongest open-weight models available, deployed on hardware we size, stage and deliver, running entirely inside your own network boundary. Prompts, documents and outputs never leave the room. Because the platform lives inside your enclave, it works within the security controls you already operate — CJIS Security Policy-aligned handling for criminal-justice data, NIST SP 800-53/800-171-aligned control implementations — instead of asking you to extend trust to a vendor cloud.

Why UniQ AI

Your data, your building, your rules.

An investigator summarizing case files, an analyst translating intercepted documents, a records office clearing a FOIA backlog — none of that work should require sending sensitive material to a commercial API. UniQ AI runs it all locally: retrieval over your own document stores, summarization, drafting, translation and triage, with every byte staying on hardware you own and audit.

We deliver it the way we deliver everything — quoted line-by-line, TAA-confirmed, §889-screened, staged and configured so what arrives is a working system, not a pallet of parts. Your team gets a platform; your ISSM gets an architecture that fits the controls already in place.

  • No data egress — prompts, embeddings and outputs stay in-enclave
  • Works within your existing authorization path — no new cloud boundary to accredit
  • Open-weight models updated on your schedule, not a vendor's
  • One accountable partner for hardware, deployment and sustainment

UniQ AI, in depth

Local frontier models

UniQ AI serves open-weight model families at frontier-class capability from your own racks — quantized or full-precision to fit the node. Open-weight models differ from API models in one structural way: the weights are files you hold, not a service you call. An API model can change behavior overnight because the provider updated it; an open-weight deployment changes only when you load new weights. For agency work — where a prompt that produced a defensible answer in March should produce the same answer in June — that determinism matters.

Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) connects the models to your own document stores: instead of answering from training data alone, the system retrieves relevant passages from your repositories and grounds its answers in them, citing back to the source documents. Context windows — the amount of text a model can consider at once — are sized against your real documents, so a full case file or technical order fits in a single pass. Model updates are deliberate: the agency chooses when weights change, a property cloud APIs can't offer.

  • Frontier-class open-weight models, served from your racks
  • RAG over your own repositories — answers cite your documents
  • Deterministic update cadence — weights change when you say so
  • No per-token metering — capacity is yours around the clock

Compliance by architecture

The compliance story is where it runs. UniQ AI operates inside the agency's own network boundary, under the security controls the agency already operates: CJIS Security Policy-aligned handling for criminal-justice information — local processing, agency-managed access control and audit — and NIST SP 800-53 / 800-171-aligned control implementations. It supports air-gapped operation for classified-adjacent or disconnected sites.

That architecture is what simplifies the CJIS and NIST conversation. Cloud AI asks an agency to extend its boundary around a vendor's infrastructure — new data flows, new agreements, new assessment scope. An on-premises platform introduces no external boundary at all: prompts, embeddings and outputs stay on hardware inside the enclave, so the system inherits the customer's existing authorization path rather than creating a new one to accredit. UniQ AI claims no certification of its own — compliance attaches to your deployed system, and the platform is built so that attachment is practical.

  • Runs entirely inside your accreditation boundary
  • CJIS Security Policy-aligned handling of criminal-justice information
  • NIST SP 800-53 / 800-171-aligned control implementations
  • Air-gap-capable for disconnected or sensitive sites

Sized, staged, delivered

UniQ AI hardware is sized from the agency's real concurrency and model targets, not a one-size SKU: GPU inference nodes on AMD and Intel platforms across Dell and HPE server lines, Vertiv power and cooling, and Cisco or Juniper switching for the AI enclave — one bill of materials.

The sizing math is concrete. Model size determines VRAM: a model's parameters must fit in GPU memory at the chosen precision, so the model target sets the GPU class. Tokens per second determine responsiveness under load, and concurrent users determine how many requests the node must serve at once — ten simultaneous analysts need materially different hardware than two. We work those numbers before quoting, then deliver through the same staging discipline as every Uniqcli order: configured, labeled and documented.

  • Sized from your concurrency, context and model targets
  • AMD- and Intel-based GPU nodes on Dell and HPE platforms
  • Vertiv power and cooling, Cisco or Juniper switching, one bill of materials
  • Staged and configured — arrives as a system, not parts

Mission workflows

UniQ AI is built for the missions of federal investigative agencies — the NCIS-style caseload of interviews, reports and evidence summaries; postal inspection and mail-fraud analysis; Air Force and other service units working maintenance logs, tech orders and readiness reporting; state and local law enforcement clearing records requests and report-writing backlogs.

Each of those is a platform workflow, not a promise: retrieval and summarization across case files and interview transcripts; translation and triage of foreign-language documents without a byte leaving the enclave; records, FOIA and report-writing acceleration grounded in the agency's own repositories; and maintenance-log and technical-order search for flightline and depot teams.

  • Investigative summarization across case files and interview transcripts
  • Translation and triage of foreign-language documents, locally
  • Records, FOIA and report-writing acceleration
  • Maintenance-log and technical-order search for flightline and depot teams
How engagements run

From workflow to working system, in four steps

1 · Scope

Mission workflows, data sensitivity, concurrency — we size models and hardware to fit.

2 · Quote

Line-item BOM (nodes, networking, power, licensing) — TAA-confirmed, §889-screened.

3 · Stage & deliver

Built, configured, tested; delivered with documentation your ISSM can use.

4 · Sustain

Model refreshes on your cadence, hardware warranty and expansion under one partner.

Questions

UniQ AI — common questions

Is UniQ AI CJIS or NIST certified?

There is no such thing as a CJIS or NIST "certified" product to buy off a shelf — compliance attaches to a deployed system inside an agency's program. UniQ AI is architected so that everything runs inside YOUR boundary, which is what makes CJIS Security Policy- and NIST-aligned deployments practical: no external data flows, agency-managed access and audit, no new cloud boundary to accredit.

Which models run on it?

Open-weight frontier-class model families, chosen per mission and hardware envelope. Because the weights are files the agency holds rather than a service it calls, updates happen on the agency's schedule — a new model generation is a deliberate upgrade, not an overnight behavior change.

Can it run air-gapped?

Yes; fully disconnected operation is a supported design point — updates arrive as media through your normal ingest process.

What does it cost compared to cloud AI?

There are no per-token fees; capacity is capital plus sustainment, and we quote the full BOM up front. Honestly: heavy-utilization workloads favor local; light or spiky usage may not — we'll say so in the briefing.

Who supports it?

Uniqcli: one accountable partner for the hardware, network, deployment and refresh cycle, same as any order — with RMA/warranty passthrough per component OEM.
