The network that runs the line can't be the network that gets breached
A plant floor is an IT environment with a production quota attached — a segmentation mistake or a dropped PLC connection doesn't just cost bandwidth, it stops the line. Uniqcli sources and integrates industrial networking, edge compute and machine-vision infrastructure for manufacturers, keeping the OT side isolated from the corporate network without slowing down the people who have to keep it running.
Industrial Ethernet at the line, segmentation at the boundary
We spec industrial Ethernet and ruggedized wireless around your actual floor — conveyor lines, welding cells and paint booths all have different EMI, temperature and vibration profiles, and a switch rated for an office closet won't survive them.
Machine-vision and edge-compute deployments get the same treatment: cameras and inference hardware mounted and cabled to the line, with a secure remote-access path for OEM support that never touches the corporate network directly.
- Industrial Ethernet and ruggedized wireless for line and floor coverage
- OT/IT segmentation with secure remote access for OEM and integrator support
- Edge compute and machine-vision systems mounted and commissioned at the line
- Ruggedized endpoints and HMIs rated for heat, dust and vibration

Sector posture
What travels with the quote.
The posture is the same in every sector — assembled while the quote is built, not reconstructed once an order is placed. What was sourced, where it came from, who touched it and when it shipped.
- TAA-compliant sourcing under FAR 52.225-5, verified by country of origin
- NDAA §889 covered-equipment screening on every line item
- Chain-of-custody and asset-tag documentation on delivery
- US-based integration, staging and white-glove logistics through our distribution and partner network
- Documentation formatted for OT security review
Frequently asked
Can you spec networking for a specific line environment — welding, paint, wash-down?
Yes. Send the cell's environmental profile — EMI, temperature, wash-down requirements — and we'll match switches, cabling and enclosures to it before quoting.
How do you keep OEM remote support from becoming a security gap?
We build a segmented, logged remote-access path for OEM and integrator support so vendors reach only the machine they service, not the broader OT or IT network.
Can machine-vision hardware be installed without stopping the line?
In most cases, yes — we stage mounting and cabling work around your planned maintenance windows and commission the system before it's handed back to production.
Do you support plant procurements that reference IEC 62443 or NIST SP 800-82?
Yes, as a hardware source — those frameworks belong to your security program, not to a reseller. IEC 62443 zone-and-conduit designs and NIST SP 800-82 guidance both come down to enforcing boundaries between control systems and everything else, so we quote the industrial firewalls, managed switches and DMZ hardware your architecture calls for, and document part numbers, firmware versions and configurations at delivery so the equipment slots into your assessment evidence.
We supply DoD primes — can you screen hardware for TAA and NDAA Section 889?
Yes. Screening is a service we perform on the buyer's behalf, not a certification we hold. Before quoting, we verify country of origin against the TAA designated-country list and check networking and video equipment against the NDAA Section 889 covered-entity restrictions, then document the results per line item. Your contracting or compliance team makes the final determination; our job is to hand them a file that makes that determination fast.
Our plant is working toward CMMC Level 2 — how does hardware sourcing fit in?
CMMC assessment applies to your organization and its handling of CUI — no hardware purchase confers it. What sourcing can do is match the architecture in your System Security Plan: firewalls and switches for enclave segmentation, equipment whose cryptographic modules carry FIPS 140-2 or 140-3 validation where the plan requires validated encryption, and delivery documentation that feeds your asset inventory. We quote against the SSP you already have, not a generic bundle.
Can a multi-line refresh be released in phases against one purchase order?
Yes. Plant refreshes rarely happen in one outage, so we quote the full bill of materials once and release shipments against it as each line's maintenance window comes up — same pricing across releases, per-phase packing lists, and staging so a crew opens boxes for the line in front of them, not the whole project. If your ERP prefers separate POs per cost center, we can split the same BOM that way instead.
OT Network Segmentation for Manufacturing: A Minimum-Viable Starting Point
You don't need a green-field rebuild to get the plant floor out of a flat, unmanaged IT/OT network. A staged segmentation plan protects the line while it keeps running.

Most NIST 800-171 gap assessments come back with findings that trace to a switch, a server, or an endpoint — not a policy document. Here is what to check before the assessor does.
