Defense & Aerospace
Program-office procurement and integration for defense and aerospace primes and their supply chains.
Sourced
TAA-compliant, §889-screened supply chain — country of origin confirmed before we quote.
Integrated
Racked, imaged, kitted and burned in at US facilities, built to your configuration.
Delivered
One accountable partner from bill of materials to fielded system, fully documented.
Overview
Procurement that clears program review the first time
Defense and aerospace programs run on schedule risk, not just technical risk. Uniqcli sources, integrates and sustains ground systems, test infrastructure, secure communications and mission compute for primes, subcontractors and government program offices — every line TAA-compliant per FAR 52.225-5 and screened against NDAA §889 before it ever reaches a bill of materials.

Where we fit
Ground segment, test benches and mission compute
Test and integration labs, ground control stations and mission compute environments all share the same problem: hardware has to be qualified, documented and delivered on a schedule set by a test range or a launch window, not a distributor's backorder queue.
We build the bill of materials against your interface control documents and environmental requirements, confirm country of origin and lead time up front, then coordinate racking, imaging and burn-in at a US-based integration facility before delivery.
- Ground control stations, telemetry and mission-compute racks
- Environmental and EMI-hardened enclosures for test and field use
- Rugged, field-deployable compute and networking
- Full chain-of-custody and country-of-origin documentation
Compliance built in
What every quote already accounts for
- TAA-compliant sourcing under FAR 52.225-5, verified by country of origin
- NDAA §889 covered-equipment screening on every line item
- DoDIN APL-listed products where the requirement calls for it
- Rugged, field-deployable and EMI-hardened options for range and flight-line use
- GPC / P-Card accepted; purchases supported through your existing contract vehicles, a prime's approved-vendor process and open-market POs — GSA MAS / SEWP routing confirmed per requirement
- Asset tagging and chain-of-custody documentation on delivery
Covered-equipment screening on every line
Country-of-origin confirmed before quoting
Payment required before stock and total are confirmed

Frequently asked
Can you source for a specific interface control document or test spec?
Yes. Send the ICD, environmental spec or test procedure and we'll build the bill of materials against it, flagging any line that needs a compliant substitution before you commit.
Do you support both prime and subcontractor purchase paths?
Yes. We quote open-market and GPC/P-Card orders directly, support purchases through the GSA MAS and NASA SEWP V vehicles you or your prime already hold, and can flow requirements through a prime's approved-vendor process where required.
What if a specified part isn't TAA-designated?
We identify a TAA-compliant, form-fit-function equivalent and document the substitution so it clears review without a schedule slip.
What equipment does NDAA Section 889 actually prohibit?
Section 889 has two parts. Part A bars federal agencies from buying covered telecommunications and video-surveillance equipment made by Huawei, ZTE, Hytera, Hikvision, Dahua and their subsidiaries. Part B bars agencies from contracting with entities that use that equipment, which is why primes flow the clause down to suppliers. Uniqcli screens every quoted line against the covered-equipment list as a standard service and documents the result, so your representation is backed by a record rather than an assumption.
Can you support a CMMC-driven hardware refresh?
CMMC 2.0 assesses how a contractor implements NIST SP 800-171 controls, so no product purchase confers certification on its own. What hardware can do is make the controls implementable: FIPS-validated encryption for CUI at rest, firewalls that can enforce the enclave boundary in your SSP, and endpoints that support your configuration baseline. Uniqcli sources those building blocks against your requirements and documents exactly what shipped for your asset inventory.
Do you accept the GPC for purchases under the micro-purchase threshold?
Yes. Government purchase cards are accepted, and the micro-purchase threshold — generally $10,000 under FAR 2.101, though agency supplements vary — keeps many replacement and small-lot buys card-eligible. We confirm stock and the final total before any charge, and the quote is formatted so the cardholder has the itemized record their approving official and audit file need. Larger requirements route through your contracting office as a PO or a buyer-held vehicle instead.
How do you guard against counterfeit or gray-market parts?
By controlling the channel and the paper trail. Hardware is sourced through authorized distribution rather than the gray market, country of origin is verified before quoting, and serial numbers and chain-of-custody records travel with the delivery. That documentation supports the counterfeit-avoidance and traceability flowdowns in your prime contract — you get an auditable pedigree for every line rather than a shrink-wrapped unknown.
