Can a wireless refresh happen without shutting down the facility?

Yes. We stage installation zone by zone around your shift schedule, so picking and shipping continue while the rest of the facility is upgraded.

Do you size mobility fleets to our actual throughput, not a generic per-employee count?

Yes. Send peak-shift headcount and scan volume and we'll size the handheld and vehicle-mount fleet to match, with spares built into the count.

Can you roll the same design out across multiple distribution centers?

Yes. We build one reference design per facility type and stage kitting and delivery site by site against your network's rollout calendar.

What do MIL-STD-810H and IP ratings actually promise on a rugged device?

Less than the marketing suggests, which is why they're worth reading. MIL-STD-810H is a set of laboratory test methods — drop, vibration and thermal shock among them — and a device is tested against selected methods, so the question is which ones and at what levels. An IP rating is two digits: the first (0–6) is solid-particle protection, the second is liquid — IP65 means dust-tight and protected against water jets. We match the tested ratings to your actual dock, yard and freezer conditions.

Can you source mobile computers rated for freezer and cold-chain work?

Yes. Standard rugged handhelds fail in cold-chain duty not from the cold itself but from condensation — cycling between a -20°C freezer aisle and a warm dock fogs optics and corrodes electronics. Freezer-rated mobile computers and scanners address this with heated scan windows and displays, sealed condensation-resistant housings and batteries rated for low-temperature discharge. We quote the freezer-rated variants for the zones that need them and standard rugged units elsewhere, so the fleet is priced to the building, not the worst case.

We supply government or defense logistics programs — can purchases meet TAA?

Yes, as a screening we perform. TAA compliance is a country-of-origin attribute of each product, and where FAR 52.225-5 applies to your contract we screen quoted hardware — handhelds, printers, access points — for TAA-designated-country origin and document it line by line. Rugged tablets and scanning hardware are available in TAA-compliant configurations from multiple manufacturers. Purchases through agency-held or cooperative vehicles are supported with quotes formatted to the vehicle's requirements.

Is Wi-Fi 6E worth specifying for a new warehouse network?

It depends on your client fleet, not the access points. Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) already improves dense-client performance through OFDMA scheduling, which suits scan-heavy floors. Wi-Fi 6E extends 802.11ax into the 6 GHz band — cleaner spectrum with no legacy devices, at somewhat shorter effective range through racking. It only pays off once handhelds and vehicle-mount computers support 6 GHz, so we sequence the access-point refresh against your device-refresh calendar rather than specifying the newest number by default.
