eProcurement & Custom Catalogs
Punchout catalogs, cXML/OCI integration and contract-priced custom catalogs — inside the purchasing system you already run.
Buy Inside Your Own System
Your platform. Our catalog. Zero swivel-chair.
Buyers punch out from your eProcurement platform into a Uniqcli catalog scoped to your standards and your contract pricing — then the cart returns to your system for approvals, PO generation and receiving. Every document flows electronically. Nobody re-keys anything.
Platform Coverage
Connected to the systems government and enterprise actually run
SAP Ariba

Punchout catalogs plus hosted catalog loads where your workflow prefers static content.
Oracle iProcurement
Punchout and XML document exchange for Oracle EBS and Fusion procurement.

No platform?
Custom-priced hosted catalogs and standing quotes give smaller teams the same contract discipline.

Custom Catalogs
Only what your buyers should buy
An open marketplace invites maverick spend. A Uniqcli custom catalog is scoped to your standards program: approved models, approved configurations, your negotiated pricing — and nothing else.
Standards change? We update the catalog, not your users. New laptop image, new access point, new UPS line — buyers just see the current approved kit.
- Contract pricing enforced at the line level
- Approved-configuration bundles (device + services + accessories)
- Cost-center and fund-code fields preserved
- Quarterly catalog reviews with your program team
Document Flow
Electronic end to end
- Punchout session (cXML / OCI) with your SSO identity
- Purchase orders received electronically — no email PDFs
- Order acknowledgements returned electronically
- Advance ship notices with tracking and serials
- Electronic invoices matched to PO lines
- Punchout carts priced from your contract, every time
eProcurement questions, answered
How long does a punchout integration take?
Once we've scoped it, a punchout typically stands up in a few weeks: credentials and endpoint exchange, catalog scoping, a test-cart cycle in your sandbox, then production cutover. Exact timing depends on your platform and internal approvals.
Can the catalog enforce our negotiated contract pricing?
Yes — that's the point. The punchout catalog prices from your agreement, so a buyer can't accidentally pay list. Contract price changes propagate the day they're effective.
Do you support both punchout and hosted catalogs?
Both. Punchout gives you live pricing and availability; hosted (static) catalog files fit platforms or policies that require them. Many customers run punchout with a hosted fallback.
What about government buyers?
The same integrations work for open-market orders and the vehicles your agency already holds — with TAA status and §889 screening documented on every line, and GPC/P-Card paths for micro-purchases.

eProcurement
Procurement that runs itself.
Punchout in, approve in your own workflow, receive against an electronic ASN. One integration, every future order.
