IT Hardware Procurement Services
Send the bill of materials and get back a quote you can act on: every line sourced through authorized US distribution, availability stated per line, TAA and NDAA §889 screening performed before the quote goes out, and the option to have the order staged and kitted rather than dropped on a dock.

- Starts from
- Your bill of materials, part numbers or a requirements list

- Authorized US distribution
- Screening
- TAA (FAR 52.225-5) and NDAA §889, per line, before the quote

- Staged, kitted and released to your schedule
Tell us the project — Hardware procurement
Tell us where to reach you and a Uniqcli specialist follows up by email to scope the work with you — what has to be covered, how many sites or buildings, and what already exists — then comes back with a quoted bill of materials across the equipment, the software licensing and the deployment work.
Priced against your own site rather than a package tier, sourced through authorized US distribution and screened line by line. We specify, supply, stage and integrate; internet access is scoped separately from the equipment on this page, and operating the network stays with your team or the provider you contract.
The first number is our real one, not an opening one.
Tell us the scope and we come back with the best price we can do on it.

A procurement answer is only useful if it survives contact with the schedule
Most IT hardware procurement goes wrong in one of three places: a line that is quoted but not actually available, a substitution made quietly for something that does not fit, or a compliance question raised after the award instead of before the quote.

Our answer to all three is the same discipline. Sourcing starts from your bill of materials rather than a category page, every line is priced through authorized US distribution with availability stated per line, TAA and NDAA §889 screening is performed on each line before a quote leaves, and anything that does not clear is flagged with alternates in the same category rather than swapped for it. Technology deployment services sit on the same order where you want them, so the hardware arrives configured, kitted and recorded rather than as a pallet somebody has to sort.
What a procurement line actually says
A quote is a planning document as much as a price. These are the four things every line carries, because they are the four things that decide whether a project lands on time.
Sourced from your bill of materials
Send part numbers, a spreadsheet, a design document or a plain-language requirement and it is priced line by line. Where a part number is discontinued or superseded we say so and name the current equivalent; where a requirement has no obvious part number, a specialist works it with you rather than guessing at a substitute.
Availability stated per line
Some lines are genuinely in stock and some are quote-and-source, and the quote says which is which rather than implying everything ships tomorrow.

Long-lead items are identified at quote time, while the schedule can still absorb them, instead of being discovered at the loading dock.
Screening performed before the quote
Manufacturer-stated country of origin is recorded per line for TAA (FAR 52.225-5), and the maker with its parent and affiliates is checked against the NDAA §889 covered-entity list.

Screening is diligence we perform on the goods, not a certification we hold, and the determination on your award stays with your contracting officer.
Substitutions offered, never made quietly
If a line is unavailable, discontinued or does not clear screening, alternates in the same category come back with the reason attached. Swapping a part without telling anyone is how a rack does not fit, an optic does not link and a compliance question becomes an audit finding.

The substitution is always your decision.
One quote, every line screened
Go to the formAuthorized US distribution, and why it matters on a government order
Hardware and licensing are sourced through authorized US distribution. That channel is what makes country-of-origin data, warranty entitlement and manufacturer support attach cleanly to the unit you receive, and it is what a compliance question later depends on being able to trace. Gray-market supply can look cheaper on a line and turns expensive at exactly the wrong moment — a warranty claim refused, a support contract that will not attach to the serial, an origin statement nobody can substantiate.

Larger requirements are not limited to a single distributor's shelf. Where a project justifies it, lines are sourced against several distribution relationships and directly with manufacturers, which is often how a long-lead item finds a shorter path. What does not change is the record: the channel, the manufacturer-stated origin and the screening result are captured per line whichever route the part takes.
Prices on the catalog reflect the sell price for the line and nothing about our cost or the distributor's part numbering ever appears on a quote, a page or an order. What you get is one number per line and one total, with the shipping, staging and integration work costed as their own lines rather than folded in.
Three buying environments, one process
The discipline is the same across all three; what changes is the paperwork around it and how much of the deployment work goes on the same order.
Enterprise and multi-site
Standards-driven buying: a kit defined per site type, one bill of materials for the program and delivery dates that follow the rollout. Repeat orders become comparisons against the standard rather than fresh designs, which is what makes them fast.
State, local and education
Budget cycles, board approvals and a fiscal year that does not move. Quotes are written so they can be attached to a requisition and re-quoted cleanly when a cycle turns, with long-lead lines identified early enough to matter.
Federal and defense
The environment where per-line screening and traceable origin data stop being good practice and start being the requirement. Screening results and manufacturer-stated origin are recorded per line and travel with the order rather than being reconstructed afterwards.
What's included in a procurement quote
A quote is a planning document as much as a price. Send part numbers, a spreadsheet, a design document or a plain-language requirement and it is priced line by line.
- Every line sourced through authorized US distribution, with larger requirements not limited to a single distributor's shelf
- Availability and lead time stated per line, so a quote-and-source line is never presented as a stock position
- Manufacturer-stated country of origin recorded per line for TAA (FAR 52.225-5), rather than inferred from the headline brand
- The maker with its parent and affiliates checked against the NDAA §889 covered-entity list, before the quote goes out
- Substitutions offered with the reason attached, never made quietly
From a bill of materials to a receiving dock
- Send the bill of materials, part numbers or requirement — a spreadsheet is fine, and gaps get worked with a specialist
- Every line is priced through authorized US distribution with availability and lead time stated per line
- TAA (FAR 52.225-5) and NDAA §889 screening runs on every line before the quote goes out; failures come back with alternates
- One consolidated quote returns with equipment, licensing, shipping and any staging work as separate readable lines
- Approved orders can be staged, configured to your standard, asset-tagged, kitted per site and released on your schedule
- Serials, applied tags and configuration levels are handed over as a manifest the receiving team can reconcile against
Technology deployment services on the same order
Procurement that stops at the dock leaves the most error-prone part of the project to whoever opens the boxes. Technology deployment services put that work upstream: equipment received into a build, configured to the standard your team supplies, firmware brought to your baseline, asset-tagged and recorded against its serial, kitted per site with the small parts that otherwise stop a job, and released against the rollout calendar rather than the purchase order date.

It also changes what receiving looks like. A shipment that arrives with a manifest listing serials, tags, loaded configuration and destination is reconciled in an afternoon; the same shipment without one becomes a week of clipboard work and an asset register nobody trusts. Where a program runs in phases, configured equipment is held and released to each site on its own date, so a slipped site moves its delivery rather than the whole order.
Send the bill of materials
A spreadsheet of part numbers is enough. What comes back is a line-by-line quote through authorized US distribution, availability stated per line, screening already performed, and staging available on the same order.
What we will not tell you we do
Screening is a service we perform on the goods, not a certification we hold, and naming a manufacturer describes a line we can source rather than a partnership, authorization or endorsement. The compliance determination on your award belongs to your contracting officer; what we owe is the diligence, the records and an honest flag when a line does not clear.

We do not operate what we supply. There is no monitoring desk, no administration of your systems after handover, no availability or response-time commitment, and no help desk. Manufacturer support and maintenance are quoted as their own lines where the manufacturer offers them, and the coverage they carry is the manufacturer's.
We also do not promise dates the supply chain has not given us. A meaningful share of any distribution catalog is backordered at a given moment; the honest response is to say which lines those are at quote time, offer alternates where they exist, and let the schedule be built on facts rather than optimism.

IT hardware procurement questions
What do IT hardware procurement services include?
Sourcing your bill of materials through authorized US distribution, pricing it line by line with availability and lead time stated per line, performing TAA and NDAA §889 screening on every line before the quote goes out, flagging anything that does not clear with alternates, and — where you want it — staging, kitting and releasing the order to your schedule instead of dropping it on a dock.
Can you quote from a spreadsheet of part numbers?
Yes, and it is the fastest way to start. Send the list however it exists and it comes back priced line by line, with discontinued or superseded part numbers identified and the current equivalent named. Lines with no obvious part number are worked with a specialist rather than guessed at.
How do you handle TAA and §889 compliance?
As screening we perform, never as a certification we hold — and on a procurement order it runs per line rather than per order, because one purchase can span a dozen makers whose answers differ from each other. Manufacturer-stated country of origin is recorded for TAA (FAR 52.225-5), and each maker with its parent and affiliates is checked against the §889 covered-entity list, a check that earns its keep in categories where covered equipment turns up inside rebadged hardware. Anything that does not clear is flagged with alternates in the same category before you see a total, so a restricted requirement is settled at quoting time instead of becoming a substitution argument after the award. The determination on your award stays with your contracting officer.
Can we pay with a government purchase card?
GPC / P-Card is accepted up to your cardholder threshold, and purchase orders are used otherwise, with stock and the final total confirmed before you commit. Quotes are written so they can be attached to a requisition as they are, and re-quoted cleanly if a budget cycle turns before the order is placed.
Do you substitute parts if something is unavailable?
Not without asking. If a line is unavailable, discontinued or fails screening, alternates in the same category come back with the reason attached and the choice stays with you. Quietly swapping a part is how a rack does not fit, an optic does not link and a compliance question turns into an audit finding.
Can the order arrive configured rather than in boxes?
Yes. Equipment can be received into staging, configured to the standard your team supplies, firmware-baselined, asset-tagged, kitted per site and released against your rollout calendar, with a manifest listing serials, tags and configuration level. For multi-site programs that is usually the difference between a receiving afternoon and a receiving week.
