We quote the training subscription and courseware seats through authorized US distribution, and equip the room it is delivered in. We do not write the curriculum and we do not teach.

Overview

The subscription is the tooling; the completion records are the control

Awareness training is the security line item most often bought to satisfy a requirement and least often designed to change behavior. The requirement itself is usually specific: staff have to be made aware of the risks their role carries, people with security duties have to be trained for those duties, and the evidence has to show which is which. A platform helps with all three — it delivers modules, tracks completion and produces the record — but it does not decide what your people need to know or make anyone care. We quote the license, per seat against your term, and where training is delivered in a room we equip the room. What we do not do is author curricula or stand in front of the class.

How it is bought

Seats, simulation and the honest gap in our catalog

Awareness platforms are licensed per user per year, usually banded by volume, with content libraries and phishing simulation sometimes bundled and sometimes priced separately. The count that matters is people who have to complete training, which is rarely the same as the mailbox count or the directory object count — contractors, seasonal staff and shared-account roles all need a deliberate decision rather than a default.

Our catalog does not hold priced rows for the dedicated awareness-training specialists, so we do not name any. Those subscriptions are sourced on request through authorized US distribution against the product your program has selected. What we do carry priced is phishing simulation bundled with the mail-security platforms below, and the wider education and training category where courseware and certification seats sit.

Subscriptions are sourced through authorized US distribution rather than held on a shelf, so stock language does not apply to them; what matters is the term, the seat band and the co-termination date.

Limits

What we are not

Uniqcli is not a training provider. We do not write curricula, author modules, deliver instruction, run phishing campaigns or interpret their results. Those belong to your program, and role-based training in particular has to be designed by somebody who knows what each role actually does — an administrator's assigned duties are not a shipping clerk's, and generic content that ignores the difference produces completion records rather than capability.

No purchase confers a compliance outcome. Training appears in most control frameworks; buying a subscription satisfies none of them on its own, and the evidence an assessor reads is the completion record your program produces.

Questions

Training licensing questions

Do you deliver security awareness training?

No. We quote and source the platform and courseware seats through authorized US distribution, and we can equip a training room. The curriculum, the delivery and the completion records belong to your organization or the training provider you engage.

How is awareness training licensed?

Per user per year, banded by volume, often with content libraries and phishing simulation as separate line items. The count should be people required to complete training rather than mailboxes or directory objects — contractors and shared-account roles need an explicit decision.

Can phishing simulation be bought with our mail platform?

Frequently, yes. Both mail-security vendors we carry priced depth in offer simulation and user-training components alongside protection, licensed per user. Where a platform is already deployed, that is usually the least disruptive place to start.
