Say the boundary first, because most of this market does not
Private cellular is sold with a lot of ambient implication — that the seller holds spectrum, coordinates it, runs the core, operates the network. We hold none of that and claim none of it. Uniqcli is a sourcing and integration partner: we buy the radios, routers and premises equipment through authorized US distribution, screen them for TAA and §889, stage and integrate them, and hand a working set of hardware to the party that operates the network. The spectrum coordination, the core, the SIM lifecycle and the day-two operation belong to your carrier, your platform vendor or your own team.
Why programs reach for private cellular at all
The cases that survive scrutiny tend to have the same shape: a large outdoor or industrial footprint where cabling every point is impractical, mobility across that footprint, and devices that need a predictable connection rather than a best-effort one. Ports, yards, depots, large campuses and construction sites keep appearing for that reason. Where the footprint is a building and the devices sit still, ordinary Wi-Fi with a properly specified wired layer is usually the cheaper and better answer, and we will say so.
The other honest framing is that private cellular is a program, not a purchase. It carries spectrum coordination, a core, device and SIM management, and an operations model — and each of those has an owner. Equipment is the part with a bill of materials, which is the part we can do properly.
What we will not say about this
We are not a carrier, a mobile network operator or a spectrum holder, and we do not resell airtime. We do not coordinate CBRS spectrum access or act in any role in that system, and we do not operate, monitor or manage a private network after handover.
Dedicated private-cellular core and radio vendors do not carry priced rows in our catalog today, so we will not name one to sound deeper than we are. Those lines are sourced on request through authorized US distribution, quoted with lead time stated honestly, and screened for TAA and §889 exactly like anything else. Where the requirement is genuinely a core-and-radio platform purchase, the right answer is often that your platform vendor or integrator leads and we source alongside them — which is a smaller role than the market usually claims, and a true one.

Cellular edge routers and CPE
Peplink and CradlePoint carry priced rows across cellular routing and premises equipment. In a private cellular design these are usually the endpoint side — the routed edge at a cabinet, vehicle or remote structure that attaches to the network someone else operates.
Antennas, mounting and site infrastructure
Antennas, mounts, outdoor enclosures, PoE and the rack or cabinet the equipment lands in are quoted as one set with the radios. This is the unglamorous half of a site build and the half that decides the install schedule.
Private cellular questions
Do you hold or coordinate CBRS spectrum?
No. We hold no spectrum, act in no coordination role, and are not a carrier or mobile network operator. Spectrum coordination belongs to the parties licensed and designated to perform it, and any vendor implying otherwise is worth a second look.
Can you supply a private 5G core and radios?
Those lines are sourced on request through authorized US distribution rather than priced in our catalog, and we quote them with honest lead times instead of implying stock. In most private cellular projects the platform vendor or integrator leads the design and we source the equipment alongside them.
Would Wi-Fi solve this more cheaply?
Frequently, yes — particularly indoors, where devices are largely static, and where a properly specified wired and PoE layer already exists or is being refreshed anyway. Private cellular earns its cost on large outdoor or industrial footprints with real mobility. We would rather ask the question than sell past it.
Who runs the network after it is installed?
You, your carrier or your integrator. We source and integrate the technology; we do not operate networks, run a NOC or provide managed network operations. That boundary is fixed, and it is written on the quote as clearly as it is written here.
