Authorization attaches to the service, not to whoever sold it to you
FedRAMP is a program that authorizes cloud service offerings for federal use. The authorization is held by the cloud service provider, for a specific offering, at a specific impact level, under a specific authorization path — and it is recorded on the FedRAMP Marketplace, which is the only place any of it should be confirmed. A reseller cannot be FedRAMP-authorized, cannot extend someone else's authorization to a purchase, and cannot make a product authorized by quoting it. Uniqcli's role here is narrow and honest: we quote platform licensing and subscriptions through authorized US distribution, and we supply and configure the endpoint, network and boundary hardware an agency uses to reach an authorized service.
Three sentences we will not write
We will not tell you that Uniqcli is FedRAMP-authorized, FedRAMP-certified or FedRAMP-compliant. None of those is a status a reseller can hold, and the phrasing does not exist in the program.
We will not publish an authorization status for a named service on this page. Statuses change — offerings move between In Process, Authorized and other states, impact levels differ per offering, and a page cached for an hour is not a compliance record. Confirm the current entry on the FedRAMP Marketplace, and treat anything else, from any vendor, as marketing.
We will not tell you that buying a product satisfies a control. Hardware and licensing sit behind controls; the implementation, the documentation and the assessment are your program's, and the authorizing official's decision is theirs alone.
Two purchasable halves
Neither of these confers authorization on anything. They are the lines an agency actually buys around an authorized service. Naming a manufacturer describes the market, not a Uniqcli partnership or endorsement.
Platform, OS and access licensing
Red Hat and SUSE subscriptions, Citrix access and delivery licensing, and Microsoft server licenses and CALs — all quoted per entitlement through authorized US distribution, against the renewal date you already hold. Licensing and subscriptions are quoted and sourced through authorized US distribution rather than held on a shelf, so stock language does not apply to them.
The hardware that connects you to it
The boundary devices, switching, endpoints and access hardware an agency uses to reach a cloud service — quoted with country of origin recorded per line, NDAA §889 screened, and configured to your build sheet before it ships.
A procurement path that survives review
- Confirm the offering's current entry and impact level yourself, on the FedRAMP Marketplace
- Send us the licensing units and quantities your agreement uses, not a headline seat count
- We quote what is available through authorized US distribution and say plainly what is not
- Connecting hardware is quoted on the same document, screened line by line
- Nothing on our quote asserts an authorization status, because that is not ours to assert
FedRAMP procurement questions
Is Uniqcli FedRAMP-authorized?
No, and no reseller can be. FedRAMP authorizes cloud service offerings, and the authorization is held by the cloud service provider for that offering. Uniqcli holds no authorization, issues none, and does not extend anyone else's to a purchase.
Can you confirm that a platform is FedRAMP-authorized?
We will point you at the FedRAMP Marketplace, which is the authoritative record, and we will not restate a status on our own pages. Authorization state, impact level and the authorizing path all change over time, and a marketing page is the wrong place to learn any of them.
Does buying through you affect our authorization boundary?
No. Your authorization boundary is defined in your system security plan and agreed with your authorizing official. A purchase order does not move it. What we can do is record country of origin and §889 screening per line so the procurement record supports whatever your documentation says.
What if the platform we need is not available through distribution?
We will tell you. Some cloud services are sold only direct or through a provider-specific program, and no amount of quoting changes that. Routing you to a quote that cannot be filled wastes a procurement cycle.
Can you help with the ATO package?
No. An assessment, a system security plan and an authorization package are not products, and we do not sell them or write them. We supply the hardware and licensing your program buys, screened and documented at the line level.
