Cloud Migration Infrastructure

Every migration leaves a hardware residue — edge gateways, refreshed WAN, staging storage, replacement endpoints. We quote and stage that layer so the cutover date is not gated on procurement.

Scope
The hardware layer a migration consumes
Lead time
Stated per line before you commit
Staging
Configured, imaged and labeled to your site plan
Boundary
We supply and stage; we do not execute the migration
Overview

The cutover date slips on lead times, not on architecture

Migration plans are written as workload waves and tested as workload waves, and then they slip because a circuit upgrade needed a router that is twelve weeks out, or because two hundred desks still have machines that cannot reach the new environment cleanly. The hardware residue of a cloud migration is predictable — edge and branch gateways, a WAN refresh, staging storage large enough to hold a seed copy, replacement endpoints, and an access layer for the users who move first. Uniqcli quotes that layer as one bill of materials, screens every line for country of origin and §889, and stages it in the order it will be installed. The migration itself is run by your team or your integrator; we make sure they are not waiting on a box.

Sequencing

How the hardware layer gets ordered

The point of staging is that site forty installs the way site three did.

  • Send the wave plan, the site list and the current estate — a spreadsheet is fine
  • Long-lead lines are identified first and quoted with the date, not an estimate
  • Endpoints and access devices are imaged and enrolled before they leave
  • Each site's kit is labeled and crated to the site plan, not to the packing list
  • Country of origin recorded per line; NDAA §889 screening before the quote goes out
  • Replaced equipment is returned or retired under your own disposition policy

What we do not sell here

There is no Uniqcli migration service, no discovery-and-assessment engagement, and no cutover we run on your behalf. Migration tooling vendors have no priced inventory on this catalog, so where you need one we will say it is sourced on request through authorized US distribution rather than pretending to a line we cannot fill.

What we do is capability-level and specific: configuration to your build sheet, imaging and enrollment, asset tagging, kitting per site, and delivery sequenced to the installation calendar. We source and integrate the technology; the platform, the tenancy and the day-to-day operation stay with you or with the provider you have chosen.

Questions

Migration hardware questions

Can you run the migration for us?

No. We supply, configure and stage the hardware a migration consumes, and we sequence delivery to your wave plan. The migration itself — discovery, dependency mapping, cutover, rollback — is executed by your team or the integrator you have engaged.

We only know the site count, not the bill of materials. Is that enough to start?

Yes. A site list, a rough user count per site and the current circuit type is enough for a first pass. We come back with a per-site kit, the long-lead items flagged, and the questions that would change the answer.

Do you take the old equipment away?

We coordinate return logistics alongside the delivery. Disposition — wipe standard, resale, destruction, property-book removal — stays a decision your organization makes and documents; we work to the policy you give us.
