Featuring a Java-free WEBCARDLX network management interface card, Tripp Lite's PDUMNH20 Single-Phase Monitored Power Distribution Unit provides remote power monitoring via a secure network or web browser interface, giving IT personnel around-the-clock oversight of facility power conditions from any location. It’s an efficient way to distribute, monitor and manage power in an IT or industrial environment. The PDUMNH20 also has a digital meter to display power consumption, enabling IT personnel to monitor the PDU’s load on-site. It’s suitable for 1U (horizontal) rack-mount installation and is reversible to face the front or back of the rack.

Network Monitoring Capabilities

A built-in HTML5-based WEBCARDLX interface enables full remote access for site power and UPS status monitoring, configuration, control and email notifications via secure web browser, SNMP, telnet or SSH. Tiered access privileges allow both an administrator and a guest to log in and monitor the PDUMNH20. It supports notification and logging of all major power events and user-specified alarm thresholds via email or SNMP traps. Real-time clock backup maintains the time of day and date even if the PDU is shut down and unpowered. When used with an optional ENVIROSENSE environmental sensor module, the PDUMNH20 can also perform temperature/humidity and provide rack access notification for up to four SRSWITCH door sensors.

Broad Compatibility

The PDUMNH20 provides 10/100 Mbps auto-sensing for optimal communication compatibility with a current 10/100 Base-T network. Protocols supported include HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, SNMPv1, SNMPv2, SNMPv3, telnet, SSH, FTP, DHCP and NTP. DHCP/Manual configuration support provides the ability to have network settings automatically assigned to the card, or manually assigned via permanent IP addresses.

Unfiltered electrical pass-through makes the PDUMNH20 ideal for distributing alternate waveform utility, UPS or generator power in rack enclosures and network closets. It provides 120V single-phase power service to eight 5-15/20R outlets. It has a rugged all-metal reversible housing, a NEMA L5-20P input with 5-20P adapter, and a 12-foot power cord. Load capacity is 1.9kW.

Digital Load Meter and Outlet LEDs

The PDUMNH20 is equipped with a digital meter that lets IT personnel monitor the input voltage and load level in real time (either locally or remotely). The meter helps ensure that the PDU is used at maximum capacity with no danger of overload. Each outlet has an LED that illuminates to confirm power on/off status.
