Comprehensive's CHE-HDBTWP125MC is a 2x1 Wall Plate Extender with HDMI and USB-C inputs. The USB-C input provides an ideal AV interface for connecting with new Apple® notebooks and Windows® PC's, as well as smartphones and tablets. Supports video resolutions up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4. The transmitter is remotely powered by the receiver or other HDBaseT®-equipped devices via PoE that can be extended up to 230ft over Cat5e/Cat6.

The Comprehensive CHE-HDBTWP125MC features automatic or manual switching between connected sources (HDMI and USB-C), with the USB-C supporting alt-mode functionality allowing a portable device such as a tablet or phone to be connected and send its content at up to 4K@60Hz. HDCP 2.2 is also supported for the transmission of encrypted content.

USB 2.0 Pass-Through

The CHE-HDBTWP125MC offers not only KVM functionality for extension of a keyboard/mouse or touchscreen, but also full data transfer capabilities. The transmitter has a USB host port allowing USB device data to be routed into the selected laptop (via HDMI). Going further, it can send USB device data natively through the USB-C port allowing a single cable to be used for A/V and USB device connectivity.

This USB extender supports touch functionality for use with most of the major active panels and whiteboards on today's market.
