The desktop B004-DPUA2-K 2-Port DisplayPort KVM Switch lets you access, control, boot and reboot two DisplayPort computers using one DisplayPort monitor, USB keyboard and USB mouse. Switching between DisplayPort computers is quick and simple using keyboard hotkeys or buttons on the unit.
You can also plug microphones and speakers into the 3.5 mm mini-stereo jacks, and the two-port USB 3.0 SuperSpeed hub allows you to connect peripherals, such as a webcam, flash drive, printer or scanner, and share them with both computers. Because the audio and USB 3.0 hub ports can be accessed independently, you can, for instance, use a printer connected to the hub to print data from one computer while also listening to music from the other computer.
All necessary cables are included. The B004-DPUA2-K supports digital video resolutions up to 2560 x 1600 (including 1080p), 2-channel stereo audio and data transfer rates up to 5 Gbps. The built-in DDC emulator sends the console monitor's EDID information to all connected computers to ensure top video quality and prevent any delay or change in video resolution when switching computers.

One KVM Switch Lets You Access Two Computers
With the B004-DPUA2-K, you can switch between two DisplayPort computers using keyboard hotkeys or front-panel buttons. The switch’s built-in DDC emulator sends the console monitor’s Extended Display Identification Data (EDID) to the other connected computer for top-quality video without delay. Digital video resolutions up to 2560 x 1600 are supported, including 1080p. The Auto-Scan feature cycles between computers at regular intervals for observation of activity at a glance.
Independent Audio Switching
Built-in 3.5 mm mini-stereo speaker and microphone jacks allow you to share audio equipment between the two computers. You can listen to audio files on one computer while accessing the other. The B004-DPUA2-K supports 2-channel stereo audio.
Share Peripherals Across Two Computers at USB 3.0 Transfer Rates
With its 2-port USB 3.0 SuperSpeed hub, the B004-DPUA2-K lets you share peripherals such as printers, scanners, webcams or flash drives and print documents from one computer while accessing the other.
