Reliable 330VA/225W Battery Backup with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)

UPS battery backup support allows you to work through short power failures and gives you enough time to save files and perform an orderly system shutdown in case of a prolonged blackout. The OMNISMART350HG’s internal battery provides 46 minutes of battery support for a half load (115 watts) and 18 minutes for a full load (225 watts). During normal operation, incoming utility power keeps the UPS battery fully charged so that backup power will always be available when needed.

AVR protects sensitive equipment from incremental hardware damage, data loss and performance problems that can be caused by low-voltage conditions commonly known as brownouts. The OMNISMART350HG automatically corrects brownouts as low as 89V back to 120V without drawing on battery power needed to support equipment through blackouts.

Robust AC and Dataline Surge Protection with EMI/RFI Line Noise Filtering

A sudden power surge or spike can damage or destroy electronic components and wipe out irreplaceable data. The OMNISMART350HG’s built-in surge suppression protects all connected components and the data they contain. Built-in tel/Ethernet (RJ45) jacks protect modem, fax and phone equipment against dataline surges.

Various electromagnetic and radio sources can cause disruptive interference on the AC line. This line noise is a common cause of incremental hardware damage, data corruption and audio/video performance problems. The OMNISMART350HG incorporates technology that filters out disruptive line noise, preventing it from affecting your equipment.

DB9 Port, Free PowerAlert Software, Diagnostic LEDs and Audible Alarm

The OMNISMART350HG contains a DB9 communications port (cable included). When used with PowerAlert software, this port enables safe unattended system shutdown and file saves in the event of a prolonged power failure. It also integrates with the built-in power management and auto shutdown features of Windows and Mac OS X.

The OMNISMART350HG features a front-panel LED array that alerts you to potential power problems. The four diagnostic LEDs show power conditions, UPS mode data and battery status at a glance. An audible alarm sounds in case of power-failure, low-battery, overload and fault conditions.
