HIGH PERFORMANCE

The DR-G2140 USB scanner handles up to 140 pages per minute-both sides in a single pass-and holds up to 500 sheets in the ADF. It is also equipped with a dedicated, onboard image processing chip, making it capable of maintaining fast scanning speeds, independent of PC performance. These features all help contribute to improve productivity.

RELIABLE AND FLEXIBLE

This scanner is flexible enough to reliably handle a variety of document types, from business cards to ledger-sized documents, long documents, and thin or thick documents, using its advanced feeding mechanism. ELIGIBLE FOR CANON FADGI COMPLIANCE INSTALLATION PACKAGE

The Canon FADGI Compliance Installation Package helps government agencies meet the Federal Agencies Digital Guidelines Initiative recommendations that should be followed when it comes to scanning, processing, and creating digital replicas of permanent hard-copy documents and records. As part of the Canon FADGI Compliance Installation Package, Canon U.S.A., Inc. will replace the firmware of select imageFORMULA scanners with custom firmware designed to generate images that conform to the quality and performance guidelines defined for the FADGI Modern Textual Records category. During the on-site installation, a Canon service technician will install the firmware onto the Canon scanner and configure Canon CaptureOnTouch software.
