Reseller & MSP program
Sell like a big reseller. Without being one.
Most small resellers and MSPs cannot get a distributor account, and cannot get terms. This program is the way around that: our sourcing, our distribution and OEM relationships, and our credit rail — behind your customer relationship.

What you actually get
Access, deal support and terms — not a wholesale price list.
A self-serve distributor portal will not source a hundred-thousand-dollar opportunity for a two-person MSP. On a qualified deal we do the work a portal doesn’t: multi-source across distribution and direct-with-OEM, chase the special buy-in, secure and reserve the inventory for that deal, and put a quote in front of your customer with your margin in it.
Everything below describes how that is delivered, and where the limits are. If a benefit reads like a promise we can’t keep, we’ve written it wrong — tell us.
The program
Six things a partner account changes.
Deal-based pricing on $100K+ opportunities
Register a deal — end customer, bill of materials, target — and a rep sources it across our distribution and OEM relationships and prices the quote for that opportunity. Registering it puts the opportunity on record with your rep before anything is quoted.
Not a standing discount or a price list. Pricing is set per deal, on the quote.
Eligible to apply for NET-45 terms
Once your partner account is approved you can apply for NET-30 or NET-45 through our credit application. Our finance desk reviews it and sets the line and the term.
Eligibility to apply, not an approved line. Terms are a separate credit decision.
Priority sourcing
On qualified $100K+ opportunities we secure and reserve inventory through our distribution and OEM relationships — multi-source, per deal, worked by a person rather than a portal.
Deal-based. We do not hold standing inventory for partners.
The full catalog, at your account
Around a million line items across hundreds of manufacturers, with live pricing and availability, quoting, bill-of-materials upload and order tracking in your own portal.
Sell price only. Our cost and distributor part numbers never appear on any account — that is structural, not a setting.
Federal reach behind your quote
We work directly with 8+ federal departments, and lines we source for you are eligible for addition to our federal contract vehicles.
Eligibility only. We name no vehicle and promise no award.
Full-cycle sourcing, not just hardware
Hardware, software licensing and subscriptions, lifecycle and deployment services, OEM integration and custom builds — quoted together, through authorized US distribution.
How it works
Apply, we review, your account opens.
- 1
Apply
Five steps: who the business is, the last four of your FEIN and your resale certificates, an optional terms request, how you sell, and the attestations. Nothing is uploaded and no payment information is collected.
- 2
We review
We verify what you told us — the business registration, a resale certificate against the issuing state, and a trade reference or an existing distributor account. If something is missing we email you for it rather than declining.
- 3
Approval opens the partner desk
Your account is approved and your organization is set up, which opens your portal: quoting and bill-of-materials upload, the full catalog, orders, invoices and returns — with your colleagues working under the same organization.
We don’t publish a turnaround time, because we won’t commit to one we can’t hold in every case. A partner manager follows up by email either way.

Questions
Before you apply.
- Who is this for?
- Resellers, MSPs, MSSPs, systems integrators and IT consultancies in the United States that sell hardware, software licensing or services to their own customers. Government, education and commercial resellers are all in scope.
- Do I need a distributor account already?
- No. Most small resellers and MSPs cannot get a distributor account or terms at all, and that is precisely who this program is for. If you do already hold one, telling us the account number is the fastest thing we can verify.
- How does partner pricing actually work?
- Through deal registration, not a standing discount. You register a qualified opportunity with the end customer and the bill of materials, and a rep sources it across our distribution and OEM relationships and prices that quote for that deal. There is no percentage-off tier and no partner price list.
- Can I get NET-45?
- Approved partners are eligible to apply for NET-30 or NET-45 terms through our credit application. Our finance desk reviews it and decides the line and the term. Nothing in the partner application approves credit.
- Do you hold stock for partners?
- No. There is no standing partner inventory. On qualified $100K+ opportunities we secure and reserve inventory through our distribution and OEM relationships for that specific deal.
- Will I see your cost or the distributor part numbers?
- No. Sell price only — our cost, margin and distributor part numbers never leave our systems, on any account or any API. That is enforced in code at every boundary, not configured per account.
- What do I need to have ready to apply?
- Your legal business name, entity type and state of incorporation; the last four digits of your FEIN; and resale certificate numbers for the states you hold them in. If you want terms considered at the same time, three trade references and your bank's name and contact.
- What do you never ask for?
- No Social Security number, no bank account or routing number, no full FEIN — the last four digits on the application, the whole number later on the credit application behind sign-in — and no document uploads at this stage. Resale certificates are collected as numbers and states in plain text. Never send classified information, CUI or restricted FCI through a public form.
- What happens after I apply?
- A partner manager will follow up by email — to confirm the account, to ask for anything missing, or to talk through the first deal.
OEM listing
Manufacture the product rather than resell it?
US-based manufacturers with ten or more products can list on this storefront — in front of the federal departments we work with directly, and eligible for addition to our federal contract vehicles.
Bring us the deal.
Five steps, no uploads, and the terms request is optional. A partner manager will follow up by email.
