When it is time to upgrade to a new host device, a simple Custom Case replacement allows you to keep your current SmartSled solution without investing in a new one, providing you with a truly cost-effective and future-ready scanning solution.

The KDC1000 has a 5' drop spec, and is IP65-rated. This means the device is dust tight and water resistant- ideal for any environment.
Powered
The KDC1000 utilizes the display and processing power of the connected smart device, providing accurate information in a form and appearance that is familiar to the user. Furthermore, the SmartSled establishes a seamless connection to the host device via USB OTG (for iPhone 15 & 16), Lightning® (for iPhone 13 & 14), or Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. A variety of charging cradles are available for the KDC1100 and can be scaled to large and small operations.
Rich Companion Ecosystem
Leveraging a modular design, the KDC1000 offers users the flexibility to attach a range of companions, augmenting the functionality of the SmartSled. These companions include short and long-range UHF Readers, an HF (NFC) Reader, a 2,000mAh Extended Battery, a Pistol Grip with an optional 6,000mAh Extended Battery, as well as two mPOS options.
Keyboard wedging and configuration features are included in the complementary SDK for iOS, Xamarin, Cordova, React Native, Flutter, and Web. Additionally, receive technical support from top engineers and the development team to ensure ease of data collection in any situation.
