The Monitored Device Extension (BL-EXT-MONDV-PERP) adds support for other devices, such as sensors, cameras, switches, routers and servers. Customers of this service can open new cases, manage existing cases, review prior cases and access Eaton's integrated Knowledgebase, which includes a series of self-service videos related to product features.
