Capabilities
Systems integration, engineering and IT services
Fourteen service lines for federal, defense, SLED and enterprise programs, from prototype engineering and contract manufacturing to OEM integration, cybersecurity, telecom, satellite ground segment and logistics. Each is quoted line by line, with TAA and NDAA §889 screening recorded before the quote goes out.
Hardware sourced through US distribution. Country of origin and §889 status are checked per line and travel with the order.

What we do
The services around the purchase order.
Uniqcli is a systems integrator and value-added reseller. The service lines below cover what a program needs beyond the parts list: feasibility work and prototypes, small-lot manufacturing, multi-vendor racks imaged and burned in before they ship, security deployments, physical access control, telecom and cabling, satellite ground segment, unmanned systems, geospatial capture, laboratory instruments, managed operations and the logistics that carry hardware from a receiving dock to a fielded asset record.
Every engagement starts with a scoped briefing against your requirement. Feasibility, compliance posture and lead time are confirmed before anything is committed, and one record travels with the order from sourcing to delivery: what was bought, where it came from, who handled it and when it shipped.
The fourteen lines

ExploreHow an engagement runs
From requirement to delivered, in four steps
Brief
Send the requirement as it exists: a statement of work, drawings, a bill of materials or a problem statement. A briefing call scopes it against the lines above.
Scope and quote
Feasibility, country-of-origin and §889 screening, and lead times come back with a line-item quote. Nothing is committed until the scope is agreed.
Build and integrate
Manufacture, rack, image, configure and test in the facility, so the first time the system is assembled is not on install day.
Deliver and sustain
Delivery with serialized chain-of-custody records, then warranty, RMA and lifecycle support on the same relationship.
Compliance and documentation
Screened before it is quoted, documented when it ships
Country of origin and §889 status are checked per line while the quote is being built, not after a program review asks. The same record travels with the order: what was sourced, where it came from, who handled it and when it shipped.
- TAA (FAR 52.225-5) country-of-origin screening on every line
- NDAA §889 covered-equipment screening on every line
- FIPS 140-2/3 validated options where the requirement calls for it
- DoDIN APL listing paths verified before a quote is issued
- Section 508 / VPAT documentation available on request
- Serialized chain-of-custody records delivered with every shipment

Questions program offices ask first
How is a capability line different from the catalog?
The catalog sells hardware and software licensing line by line at the price on the page. A capability line is the engineering, integration or field work around that order: a prototype, a small-lot build, a rack integrated and imaged before it ships, a security deployment, a cabling install, a managed operations scope. Each is quoted per engagement after a briefing.
Can you work with hardware we already bought from another supplier?
Yes. Integration, staging, kitting, imaging and installation are quoted against what is on site or already on order, whoever sold it. Send the bill of materials and the elevation or floor plan, and mark the lines that are already purchased.
What do we need to send to get started?
Whatever exists. A statement of work, drawings, a bill of materials, a floor plan, a network diagram or a one-paragraph problem statement is enough for a briefing call. Feasibility, compliance screening and lead times come back with a line-item quote before anything is committed.
Is every line screened for TAA and NDAA §889?
Screening is performed on every order line: country of origin is checked against the Trade Agreements Act (FAR 52.225-5) and the equipment is checked against the NDAA Section 889 covered list. The result is recorded and travels with the order. It is a screening service on the products sold, not a certification of Uniqcli.
Which programs do you serve?
Federal civilian and defense agencies, state and local government, K-12 and higher education, healthcare and enterprise programs. The industries pages describe how each line is fielded in those sectors.
