Reliable, Expandable Battery Backup Keeps You Operational Through Power Outages

The field-replaceable, hot-swappable VRLA battery modules allow you to work through short power failures and give you enough time to safely save files and shut down your system in case of a prolonged blackout. Zero transfer time between on-line and battery modes maintains continuous operation of connected equipment without interruption or rebooting. Extra runtime is available by connecting up to four optional extended battery modules (BP72RT, sold separately).

Optional LX Platform Network Management Card Allows Remote Access 24/7

The WEBCARDLXE network interface (sold separately) enables full remote configuration and management, including load shedding, reboots of connected equipment and safe shutdowns. The IP-based Auto Probe feature ensures continuous network uptime by communicating with other network devices, detecting lost connectivity and automatically rebooting IT equipment. Optional EnviroSense2 modules (E2MT, E2MTDO and E2MTHDI, all sold separately) provide a variety of environmental monitoring and control options.

Eight C13 and two C19 outlets provide connected equipment with pure sine wave AC output and allow you to manage power consumption down to the outlet group level. Power provided by these outlets is filtered to protect connected equipment against damaging surges and line noise. Five outlets are grouped into two load banks that let you shed non-critical loads to extend runtime for critical loads.

The menu-driven front-panel LCD provides detailed alarms and notifications to help diagnose any issues. It provides system status, event logs, battery and power module status, usage analytics, serial number, firmware update info and more. Audible alarms can be disabled through the front menu when the UPS goes to battery power. The LCD rotates to accommodate both rack-mount and tower installation.

Advanced Communications Ports Allow for Automatic Saves and Shutdowns

RS-232 and USB ports connect to a device for a variety of communication options (cables are included). A dry-contact relay port can be programmed through the LCD to provide reliable communications to automation and industrial components. The RPO/ROO port permits emergency shutdown or remote restart of all connected equipment.

Tripp Lite’s SUINT3000LCD2U SmartOnline® Double-Conversion UPS System protects connected equipment against data loss, downtime and equipment damage due to power outages, voltage fluctuations and transient surges. It has a single 2U rack-mount housing. Output capacity is 3000VA/2700W. This UPS features 10 outlets (8 x C13, 2 x C19) and a C20 inlet for connection of the included C19-to-C20 power cord. The SUINT3000LCD2U provides pure sine wave output at all times, even when operating from battery. It’s tested to international and North American CE, UL 1778, CSA, SASO and EAC standards. This UPS also meets IEC 62040-2: 2006; FCC Part 15 standards for EMI noise suppression.

True On-Line, Double-Conversion Operation with Selectable 208/230V Output and Voltage Regulation

The SUINT3000LCD2U actively converts raw incoming AC power to DC and then re-converts it back to regulated, filtered AC output with a pure sine wave, completely isolating connected components from all power problems. Pure sine wave power is required for devices with active PFC power supplies and can prevent poor performance of other types of sensitive equipment. The SUINT3000LCD2U’s selectable output voltage provides 200/208/220/230/240V AC output to connected components and is compatible with both 50 Hz and 60 Hz frequencies. There are two switchable 4-outlet load banks (3 x C13 and 1 x C19 per bank). This UPS corrects undervoltages as low as 100V and overvoltages as high as 288V.

Reliable, Expandable Battery Backup with ZeroTransfer Time

UPS battery backup keeps connected equipment operational through short power failures, and it provides time to save data and perform an orderly system shutdown in case of a prolonged blackout. The SUINT3000LCD2U has an internal battery that provides 13.5 min. of battery support for a half load (1350 watts) and 5 min. for a full load (2700 watts). Runtime is expandable with optional external battery packs (Tripp Lite model BP72V15-2U, BP72V28RT-3U or BP72V18-2US), sold separately. The external battery packs are hot-swappable and can be replaced without disruption to connected equipment.

Highly Efficient Operation Reduces BTU Outputand Saves Money

The SUINT3000LCD2U features an optional, highly efficient economy mode setting and 0.9 power factor that can significantly reduce a facility’s energy costs. In economy mode, the UPS operates with greater than 95% efficiency, minimizing BTU heat output, reducing cooling requirements and consuming less electricity.

The SUINT3000LCD2U’s front-panel LCD screen allows IT personnel to monitor line power, on-line mode, bypass mode, on-battery, overload, battery low, replace battery and fault status information. An audible alarm signals UPS startup, power failure, low battery, overload and UPS fault conditions.

USB/DB9Ports, Plus Compatibility with PowerAlert® Software and SNMP

The SUINT3000LCD2U has an HID-enabled USB port and an RS-232 serial (DB9) port (cables included) to provide comprehensive network power monitoring and control when used with Tripp Lite's free PowerAlert software (available as a download from Tripp Lite’s website). Capabilities include UPS and line power status messaging (on battery, low-battery, power restored, AC line voltage, DC battery voltage and remaining battery capacity), timed inverter shutoff after unattended shutdown, and UPS output power control for reboot of connected devices. Add an optional SNMPWEBCARD accessory to operate the UPS as a managed device on the network.
