The 1500VA line interactive 3U short depth rackmount UPS provides pure sine wave power to support critical electronics during power disruptions. It comes with NEMA 5-15P input and 6 NEMA 5-15R outlets. It has a preinstalled Network Management Card for UPS network-based monitoring and management. It comes with PowerChute Network Shutdown that provides graceful shutdown of physical servers, virtual machines, and HCI clusters. It offers cloud-based remote power monitoring, UPS firmware upgrades, remote diagnostics and proactive email notifications with recommended actions. The UPS can connect to EcoStruxure IT or third-party centralized management platforms. It provides surge protection against lightning strikes, power sags, brownouts and surges. The SMTL UPS has a 5-year warranty on the UPS and Lithium-ion battery.

The Lithium-ion batteries used in Smart-UPS can last 8 to 10 years or 3000 charge/discharge cycles. Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) batteries typically last 3 to 5 years or 200 discharge cycles.

Are Lithium-ion and Lead Acid batteries the same weight?

No. Smart-UPS with Lithium-ion batteries are up to 65% lighter than Lead Acid VRLA UPS.

Can I replace the VRLA batteries on my existing UPS with Lithium-ion batteries?

No. Batteries for Smart-UPS with Lithium-ion are not compatible with Smart-UPS with VRLA batteries.

What APC Network Management Card (NMC) comes with my Smart-UPS Lithium-ion?

The Smart-UPS Lithium-ion have the AP9641 UPS network management card with environmental monitoring pre-installed.
