What it can’t do
The connector is read-only. It cannot place orders, submit quotes, or access any account, order history, or payment data — those live behind a human sign-in and are intentionally not available to agents. When you’re ready to buy, the assistant hands you a quote-request link to complete yourself. Full details on what’s open versus sign-in only are in auth.md.
Rate limits & API keys
The catalog surface is open to everyone — no key needed. Light, interactive use fits comfortably inside the anonymous limits below. If you’re running a bulk or scheduled workload, request a key and we’ll raise them for you.

Over the limit returns HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header — back off and retry. A key only lifts these limits on the read surface; it is never a sign-in and never unlocks ordering, quotes, or account data. Prefer email? Write to [email protected].
