This on-line double-conversion UPS system maintains perfect output by converting AC input to DC, then reconverting UPS output to fully regulated sine wave AC. Constant on-line operation completely isolates sensitive equipment from every power problem on the AC line. The field-replaceable, hot-swappable VRLA battery modules allow you to work through short power failures and give you enough time to safely save files and shut down your system in case of a prolonged blackout. Zero transfer time between on-line and battery modes maintains continuous operation of connected equipment without interruption or rebooting. Extra runtime is available by connecting up to four optional extended battery modules (BP72RT, sold separately).

The WEBCARDLXE network interface enables full remote configuration and management, including load shedding, reboots of connected equipment and safe shutdowns. NEMA Outlets Protect Your Connected Components

One L5-20R and six 5-20R outlets provide connected equipment with pure sine wave AC output and allow you to monitor power consumption down to the outlet group level. Power provided by these outlets is filtered to protect connected equipment against damaging surges and line noise. Four 5-20R outlets are grouped into two load banks that let you shed non-critical loads to extend runtime for critical loads.

Expandable Battery Backup

- Half-Load Runtime: This UPS system will support a 50% load (900W) for up to 12 minutes using the included batteries.

Multifunction LCD/LED Control Panel

An LED block diagram supplements the LCD screen by indicating the UPS operating mode and power conditions. The control panel also allows you to change the UPS system's operating mode and other settings. The control panel provides more information and greater control than comparable models, allowing you to diagnose and respond to power problems at the rack before they cause downtime. If you decide to install the UPS system in a tower configuration, you can rotate the LCD to match.
