Overview

The Pulse Secure PCS Migration Service (the "Service") will provide help to Customers with their legacy appliance (e.g. MAG) migration to the latest PCS Hardware or Virtual appliance (e.g. PSA 3000).

As part of this Service, a Pulse Secure Engineer will review and understand the Customer's existing system configuration and review external dependencies. If the new system meets dependencies, then the Pulse Secure Engineer will replicate the same configuration to the Customer's new appliance. The Pulse Secure Engineer will perform testing on the system to ensure that the newly migrated appliance configuration is working as in the legacy appliance and assist the Customer with basic test and cutover.

This Service will be limited to migration of a maximum of two appliances at a single site.
