The male USB-C connector on the end plugs into a USB-C device, such as a docking station or external hard drive. This three-foot cable supports USB 3.1 Gen 2 data transfer speeds up to 10 Gbps (USB-C port and connected equipment must support 10 Gbps to achieve maximum speed). It has a power output up to 3A for fast charging of mobile devices. The U428-003-G2 is compatible with previous USB generations.
