Revamping the UX of the website and streamlining the onboarding Process

Handshake is no strange when it comes to Student internship and involvement fairs. Handhskae has been providinga platform for job seekers to connect with potential employers for almost a decade now. In an effort to improve the user experience (UX) and make the onboarding process faster, we worked with Handshake to develop a series of products.

The Problem

Even though with robust infrastructure, Handhske has some issues with UX. New Employers may have found the registration process confusing or time-consuming, resulting in a high Bounce rate. Job seekers may have had difficulty finding job opportunities that were a good fit for them, resulting in a frustrating experience.

Creating a UI that fit best for the targeted audience and one click sign up. Optimized autofill forms with data from over 500 verified source. To make simple even more we optimized the application UI that can run smoothly on Desktop, Tablet and Mobile(even on iOS and Android App).
